What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order something from Sophia Rose, the delivery time might be different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly save on storage and transport costs. This allows us to price our products very competitively.
The average delivery time is 5-12 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the high interest in our products, your product might arrive slightly later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to: info@sophia-rose.co.uk. We will then look into what is happening with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service via info@sophia-rose.co.uk. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) that you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for returning. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After this has been done, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.
What are the costs of returns?
Returning items to us is unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will depend on the courier. Please refer to the website of the courier you wish to use for more information on prices.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions for returning:

- The return period has not yet expired;
- The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
- The product has not been used.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@sophia-rose.co.uk. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and also the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
